We had a small mix-up with booking at the beginning of the stay, but the owner was extremely kind, very communicative, and hospitable. She immediately rectified any problems that arose, and ensured our stay was as good as possible. The airconditioning in the room was great, the space is beautiful and has lots of plants, and the location was safe and very well connected. Breakfast was served in a nearby cafe, and served the best pastries and coffee.

The owners are amazing so a big plus customer service wise. We booked 3 rooms travelling as a group and everyone was really satisfied with the whole experience. Clean rooms, nice amenities (in the kitchen area which is common for all rooms we found a constantly refilled fridge with water bottles and some cake, free coffee and tea etc.), modern looking and within relatively close range to a metro station (Quintiliani - 10 to 15 minutes walk). Beds were comfy, some rooms have spacious terraces and everything feels cozy.

The property is perfect. I could finish all the review here because this was the best place that my wife and I were in all our whole trip, and we have been in A LOT of good and bad places, but this one was so special because it felt like home. It’s comfy, clean, well organized. The owner is the best and she helped with everything. The place is near Monti Tiburtini station (about 7 min/walk), there are supermarkets, pharmacies and the streets have some good restaurants as well.
