I liked San Pietro Dreaming Rooms very much.
I felt very good there.
Marco was very kind and I had a very good communication with him from the beginning until the end of my short journey.
The place is very close to San Pietro,just around 15-20 minutes walk,or there is also a bus stop just in front of the B&B .
There are bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
It is a safe and quiet area.
My room was clean,warm,and cosy.
I will definitely come back.☺️

Location is very convenient. With easy access to public transport, but also within walking distance to Vatican and other landmarks.
The staff super helpful, friendly and kind. We really couldn't recommend this place enough if you are looking for a break away and go sightseeing. Breakfast optional, but well worth it. Very quiet during the night considering central location.
We will most definitely be back.

10/10 – Spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and perfectly located!
I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment, with aircon, was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with a memory foam mattress and pillows — I slept so well every night.
Own private shower room, and the host provided a kettle with a nice selection of breakfast drinks, which was a lovely touch.
Communication with the host was excellent — quick, friendly, and helpful at every step.
The location is also ideal: just minutes from the metro and within walking distance to the Vatican, which made getting around super easy.
Highly recommend this place — I’d definitely stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable and the host, Max was really kind and district! The metro station was nearby guesthouse but we enjoy walking around on foot. The location is very interesting because its quiet, safe and the most imprtant to as was that we found out how Italian people live their everyday lives. Also, we travel with our son and he loved the place. Good job Max! Till next time Arrivederci!!!!
