I liked San Pietro Dreaming Rooms very much. I felt very good there. Marco was very kind and I had a very good communication with him from the beginning until the end of my short journey. The place is very close to San Pietro,just around 15-20 minutes walk,or there is also a bus stop just in front of the B&B . There are bars, restaurants and shops nearby. It is a safe and quiet area. My room was clean,warm,and cosy. I will definitely come back.☺️

A great place to stay in Rome! It was clean, spacious enough for two people, had a very nice balcony with a view of the park, wss well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and it even had a parking spot, which is very rare in Rome. The parking was gated and spacious, so we didn't have to worry about finding the spot when we arrived. On top, there is a reception desk that is opet 24/7, so the check-in was very smooth. Our host was great - very responsive, and had recommendations for anything we asked. Metro and buses were close, so it was very convenient to go to the city center.

A very good location. Metro station and direct line to the central Rome just around the corner. The host was very kind and took a great care of us. Our room was clean and spacious, very comfortable beds. Extra bonus - you can get the best espresso in Rome just for 1 eur next door to the guesthouse.

10/10 – Spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and perfectly located! I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment, with aircon, was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable with a memory foam mattress and pillows — I slept so well every night. Own private shower room, and the host provided a kettle with a nice selection of breakfast drinks, which was a lovely touch. Communication with the host was excellent — quick, friendly, and helpful at every step. The location is also ideal: just minutes from the metro and within walking distance to the Vatican, which made getting around super easy. Highly recommend this place — I’d definitely stay again!
