Everything was great! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the minibar was included in the price.🥰
Nearby were the Vatican and many attractions within walking distance. We mostly took the train since there was a train station close to the apartment. However, we would walk back from the city center. Every time we returned to the apartment, we found it cleaned and tidy.
The holiday was amazing!

I liked San Pietro Dreaming Rooms very much.
I felt very good there.
Marco was very kind and I had a very good communication with him from the beginning until the end of my short journey.
The place is very close to San Pietro,just around 15-20 minutes walk,or there is also a bus stop just in front of the B&B .
There are bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
It is a safe and quiet area.
My room was clean,warm,and cosy.
I will definitely come back.☺️

The hosts are super friendly and helpful! The breakfast consists of one fresh croissant one toast and a Joghurt as well as coffee. It was located not too far from Vaticano in a quiet region but still you could find all the shops which you need. The appartment is not very big but we did not need anything more since we spend most of the time outside. Grazie TOMAS!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere is stylish and modern, with a clean and cozy vibe. The furniture is mostly from IKEA, which might be interesting for some — it’s simple, functional, and fits the space really well. The location is also very convenient, close to everything I needed. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, lots of public transport options just outside. Only a few stops from the Vatican and direct bus connection to the center. Supermarket across the street and many places to eat nearby.
Shutles to Fiumicino available only a few bus stops away every 30 mins.
The actual unit is really nice and clean, bathroom and shower are great too. TV has hundreds of channels in Italian as well as popular streaming services with host's accounts already logged in.
Host was very kind and provided a lot of information and answered all our of questions via IMs.

The Guesthouse is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Max is a very helpful and kind host. You can easily reach every part of the city by the nearby metro and bus so we had a great time there. I really hope that next year we can come back again.
