The location is very good, just next to the underground station Barberini and a few minutes away from the Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was excellent and the staff serving it was very kind and attentive.

This hotel is very cozy and nice, and you feel it once you arrive, feels like home! Everything is so neat and stylish. The room looks brand new, so every time you come back after promenade you feel super comfortable. The staff is super friendly - from guys who welcome and check you in to amazing women who serve the breakfast. When we arrived there was a guy named Umberto - such a nice Italian man who welcomed us so warmly and recommended a lot of amazing tasty restaurants. On my Birthday they surprised me and presented me a cake while we were having breakfast. It was super nice! By the way, as to the breakfast - it was quite good and tasty. If you’ve been to Europe before, you know that a typical European breakfast is not smth really special, but I guess that this hotel has a pretty nice choice. Location is just amazing! It’s only 10 mins walk to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps; the Colosseum is a bit further, but trust me you can walk there, especially with coffee&meal stops, so you’ll not get tired. We didn’t use any public transport at all. And one more important thing- the hotel is kind of hidden in the narrow street, so it’s not noisy, that’s a great bonus I guess. So, I’m so happy that I chose this hotel. Many many thanks to the guys who work there, you’re making this place special.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. The host was brilliant and greeted us on arrival and showed us around the place. Chilled wine and snacks were greatly appreciated as we were travelling to Rome to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Anthony was always one message away when we had questions or wanted recommendations on where to go/places around us. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful property in a lovely part of the city. We were able to walk everywhere - until the weather turned and for the last couple of days did a bit of Uber. Lucretia was on hand personally everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was stylish, spacious and immaculately clean. Great breakfast, and lovely touches of bakery goods, cakes, cookies and teas coffees and soft drinks available complimentary throughout the day. Great quality for the price. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and if I get the chance to go back to Rome I would definitely return here.

Fantastic location in the heart of Rome, tucked away from crowds, a true gem which we would be definitely returning to! The experience was seamless, easy self check-in with QR code (as we arrived later than planned), elevator took us to the apartment. Our room was stunning, just as the pics describe it. The staff left us a big crostata and artisanal biscuits in the room with cutlery and water - which was the best thing after a long trip! We really enjoyed the sweet treats during our stay! Very quiet, bed was super comfy, everything modern, clean, luxurious, with all you'd ever need tucked away in different corners (from slippers to champagne flutes!!), really enjoyed our stay!

That’s one of my top 2 fav hotels in Roma. Just love it.My room had a great view in 3 directions. 501 room is simply the best. The stuff is very helpfull. I would only have good memories from this place.And would love to come back again:)
