It was just what was needed after 3 weeks of travel and the best way to finish a holiday. Lovely room, clean and not to far from Siracusa. Staff were friendly and always helpful they made everything easy. Beautiful pool and grounds. Shuttle bus to beach and to tourist tours and made us a breakfast to take away on our journey home.

It is hard to explain with words the paradise that David and Laura have created here and our only suggestion should be that you should experience it as well. Their kindness and their welcoming have been amazing and our stay has felt like a time in paradise. Everything was perfect from the rooms to the exterior . We can only recommend.

This is quite a brand new property located in a peninsula close to Aranella beach, which is one of the beautiful beaches I have ever been to (my son claimed this is the best beach EVER!!!). Moreover, the city of Syracuse and Ortigia island (which for us was one of the most beautiful and pleasant places in Sicily) are in about 15 minutes driving (depending on the traffic, which in August evenings can be up to 45-50 minutes due to the fact that the Italians are on vacation, and lots of them spending the time in Sicily). Besides that, it has a great pool, and spacious and well equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony for eating your cuisine products. Rather than that, Salvo is one of the best hosts I’ve met. He is so nice and hospitable and full with desire for his guest’s pleasure and wellness. This time we traveled only as a nuclear family, but we’ve already started to speak about our next visit with the bigger family.

Aretusa Vacanze is located in a completely renovated 17th-century building at the centre of Syracuse's Ortygia Island. It offers self-catering rooms.

Excellent location in Ortigia. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Stefano, the host, was extremely nice and helpful, offering us best recommendations for making the best of our trip in Sicilly. Breakfast was served on the terrace (sufficient options and excellent quality).

We adored our two night stay in this cute little property, which boasts gorgeous views of the marina and is located a short walk from Piazza Duomo. The shared kitchen offers some welcome additional space, especially when sharing the room with our daughter! The owner was lovely too.
