It was good that the staff was there 24 hours a day.　They were very kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the owner's homemade jams were great. Great location, everythings were so nice !!

Room was in the perfect location for Ortigia. Clean with all that we required. Quiet and convenient for the location. The friendly guy helped with getting parking and getting to the location which could have been difficult as it was in a ZTL. Communication made the whole experience excellent.

The free upgrade was much appreciated, but what was really special was the help that was provided when I became ill on the day we were due to check out. They found us a room for another night (at a discount), called a doctor, bought us tea and water etc. They could not have been nicer. Oh, and the breakfast was great.

It was an excellent choice! Very clean room in the heart of ortigia center. Chiara and her staff was very polite and helpful with us! There is parking ten minutes away, 16.90€ for 24hours. We enjoyed our stay in Flower Suite and definitely recommend it to all!

Amazing place to stay, in the heart of Ortigia. Quiet place, well equipped with washing machine and iron. You have the seview and the city view from the balcony. The market and the restaurants are close, 10 meters away there is the best canolli place ever. The host is super nice and helpful! Felt like a real italian place.
