Everything is fantastic. The room, the location, the facility and the breakfast! It’s run by very nice family, they really help you with everything and give you options for restaurant and activities. From Antonio who welcome us to Stefano who greet us during breakfast to their parents. There is elevator which helps us a little since we have luggages. Close to the beach and main attractions.

The property is clean and close to tourist attractions in walking distance. There is a public parking lot just 100m away which is convenient as well. The host is super helpful as well.

Even without mentioning the price, this was the perfect place to spend a few days in Siracusa. The room was exceptional, with everything you could want from a higher prices hotel. I had to get some work done and spend a little extra time in the room, and the desk and couch made it feel like being at home. Federico was the most kind and welcoming host (and he makes a damn good scrambled egg). The terrace was the perfect place to start your morning and he was kind and patient enough to sit and chat with me as a lonely solo traveller. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting the historic center of Ortigia, and is only a 20 minutes walk from the train station. Okay, I will mention the price: such a great value. Better than anything you can find on AirBnb in my opinion, and with the care and attention that you get from a more expensive hotel. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if and when I return.

Excellent location, and the beautiful clean room with nice welcome cookies. The bed was super comfortable, and overall we had a very comfortable stay. The hosts were super welcoming and helpful which made our stay very special. We got a free upgrade for a child. The host even accommodated our personal needs which we appreciate very much. Will stay here again when we come back to Ortigia!
