The room was very nice and spacious. The climatisation was already running when we arrived which was very pleasant. The hosts are very welcoming. There are some bikes at disposal (for free), very convenient to reach the old town. The breakfast is very complete.

The apartment is lovely. Air conditioning wonderful in the Italian summer heat. Perfect spot to explore from. Close to the bus stops and lovely restaurants. Close to an amazing Gelateria too! Bakery below is full of tasty treats. Valentina was so helpful and kind, she was great sorting out any queries and fixing air conditioning as soon as we told her it had stopped. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment, lots of space to relax in after visiting the beautifull towns of lake Gada. The kitchen has every thing you need for cooking. The location is excellent and is very close to shops and places to eat, If you want to catch the bus it is only a few minutes away, Our host was very nice and helpfull came to meet us with the keys and also to collect them.

A little bit outside city centre but you can easily walk to Sirmione centre. The hotel has a nice and big pool. Must be very lovely in summertime... Breakfast was very good and staff so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

I really loved the view from the room and the terrace! Hotel has its own restaurant and breakfast serving. Rooms are nice and have a mini fridge. Hotel offers free parking. Really exceptional stay!

Very nice hotel in a peaceful residential area. Great breakfast with various hot dishes, fruits, and sweets to choose from. Very clean. Beds are super comfy. The only minus was a small size of the room and a toilet separated only with a sliding door.

Completely renovated property ideal for visiting Sirmione. The Hotel Arya by Mauro is just 300 meters from Lake Garda, in a quiet position near the Terme Virgilio.
