the best hotel service I had in Italy. Staffs were all kind and 24 hours ready. accomodation was great and as well as the location. There's taxi(boat) station right in front of hotel.

The staff were 5 star all the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and courteous. Reception was welcoming and always available for information and extras.
The breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage along with cereal and continental style offerings (panna cotta was very nice) and lots of very nice coffee.
For our room (upstairs in the no lift section) they took our luggage up to our room for us.
ALSO no steps to get from the railway station to the hotel! Definitely will stay there again if we get back to Venice.

It was a very nice holiday for us, we enjoyed staying in this place. Beautiful safe area, near to restaurants, cafes, shops, but not loud.
Both of the receptionists were so friendly, they gave us good tips for our trip and made our stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
