Our 3rd stay here. This hotel consistently delivers high standards of service, and its location, close to St. Lucia station, is ideal.
Staff set this hotel apart. All interactions were polite, friendly, professional and demonstrated complete commitment to guest experience.
Our room was quiet, large, well-designed and furnished to a high standard. Temperature was easy to control.
Beds very comfortable.
Breakfast was fresh and with various continental options and some hot choices available. Restaurant service attentive and genuine.
Hoping this won't be our last stay at this fabulous hotel.

We got a room upgrade - the whole appartment with the own personal dock to the grand canal!
In fact the place was even too big for us to use for one night :)

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff are amazing, the location right in front of a Vaperetto stop, the beautiful building with its recent renovation being perfectly balanced and on-point. I love how they left the fresco art while building the modern rooms below them. The social gathering area on each floor was an awesome space to do photo editing, catching up on emails, or even having a drink while meeting others staying in the hotel.
I'd like to give a special mention for the amazing team at this hotel. Prior to arriving, we had sent several emails asking a number of questions. The team always replied promptly and with the following signature, "we remain at your disposal". Throughout our stay, that's exactly how we felt.
The entire team was always available to help us. Unfortunately, I lost the record of their names, but I'd like to especially recognize the front desk people and the bartender of Philippines descent (moved to Italy when he was 8) for their truly amazing service. They went out of their way to make our stay was as comfortable as possible.

I don’t think it’s easy to find such a great location in Venice. We had 3 appartements, there was a nice garden, each appartement had a terrace and there was also a covered terrace which was perfect for our rainy evenings.
The appartments were very well equipped with everything, comfortable beds.
The location is very close to vaporetto station (maybe 50m) and it is located in a very calm area, close by there are many local restaurants, calm atmosphere so if you want to avoid the crowded restaurants/bars and streets, there you have what you want.

Great size room and great price for 3 nights for 2 people! Had a little trouble with the door closing but the staff were so helpful and were straight on fixing the problem, even offered to change rooms for us if we wanted. Very friendly and always polite. Lovely hotel and genuinely can't fault the location!! Next to a shop which is handy and only 2 mins from the train station. Would definitely recommend!!

It was perfect. Great room with a fridge, coffee machine and even coffee came with the room!
The beds were great, the bathroom was never standard, it was clean and quite. The staff were really nice and helpful 10/10. It has a kitchen outside with everything you need to cook and drink! Just amazing!
