Our 3rd stay here. This hotel consistently delivers high standards of service, and its location, close to St. Lucia station, is ideal.
Staff set this hotel apart. All interactions were polite, friendly, professional and demonstrated complete commitment to guest experience.
Our room was quiet, large, well-designed and furnished to a high standard. Temperature was easy to control.
Beds very comfortable.
Breakfast was fresh and with various continental options and some hot choices available. Restaurant service attentive and genuine.
Hoping this won't be our last stay at this fabulous hotel.

Petro is a great host, very nice and willing to help with recommendations!! The apartment is nice and clean and with everything you may need. Really good location in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the places you would want to visit. Totally recommended to stay here if you are visiting Venezia.

This is a charming property in a lovely, quiet part of Venice (yet only a few minutes walk to an area filled with great restaurants, bars, etc). The hosts were friendly & responsive, and the room was clean and well stocked with coffee, etc.

Great size room and great price for 3 nights for 2 people! Had a little trouble with the door closing but the staff were so helpful and were straight on fixing the problem, even offered to change rooms for us if we wanted. Very friendly and always polite. Lovely hotel and genuinely can't fault the location!! Next to a shop which is handy and only 2 mins from the train station. Would definitely recommend!!
