Brand new property with very helpful and cheerful staff. Good breakfast and very near to the station and main parking of venice (only 8-9 minutes walk). Walk till San Marco is about 25 minutes but very scenic. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay as it is really easy to get in and out of.

The single room is quite small (maybe the only downside), but comfortable, cute and clean. The property also has a very nice garden. Unfortunately I had a very short stay so I didn't get to try the breakfast on the premise, but the staff was nice and asked me in advance if I wanted them to pack me something for the road.

My family and I (6 of us and 5 years child) stayed here for the celebration of my birthday and it was so comfortable, cozy and great that we decided to have a breakfast at home! Everything was amazing! Perfect location, huge and thoughtful apartment, very nice and polite staff, everything we need we had. We arrived 3 hours earlier check-in time, we expected to at least be able to leave our luggage in the storage room so we could have lunch and start exploring Venice, but the staff informed us when we arrived that we could check in straight away! It was a great news after long trip to the city. A bottle of delicious wine and local very tasty cookies were waiting for us in the room. I woke up to the beautiful singing of different birds in a soft, comfortable big bed, it was a fabulous morning. It's a pity that we were there only one day. I would have loved to stay longer. I want to say a huge thank you to the staff for making our stay in Venice unforgettable! When I'm in Venice again I want to live here again, I highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you ❤️ 100/10

Good location. Easy to get from Piazzale Roma(Bus station). Rooms were cleaned every day. We were pleased with a bottle of prosecco, when arrived, and new bisquits every day. We got a disccount at the bar downstairs and we felt very welcome with the bar owner Ahmed, who was making great breakfast and best pasta.
