We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Keller, we visited for my birthday weekend and the lady on reception noted this from my passport and organised a little gift to be left in the room, this was a very kind gesture. We were able to walk everywhere from the Palazzo, the staff were all friendly and attentive and the room was beautiful.
The whole Palazzo has been refurbished exquisitely and our stay here was as much a part of the experience of being in Venice as the scenery outside. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh hot coffee and lovely pastries.

Perfect location minutes from St. Marks Square. Staff were accomodating and offered great advice to best local restaurants. Comfortable room and well equiped bathroom. Room was small but was expected due to location. Would stay there again.

Very friendly hotel, with excellent staff. Strategic location, easy to access by ship no 1. Internally very authentic. Breakfast is much better than italian average. Room is small, as usual in Venice, but fully equiped. Heating was proper. Congrats for staff again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square are within walking distance, 5-7 minutes.
The hotel room was warm and comfortable, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was exceptionally good, a very large selection and very tasty. I highly recommend.
