Loved everything about this boutique hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which we didn't expect. The hotel is so nice & quiet and the room was huge with a very comfortable bed. Drinks and snacks are served every evening and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Didn't want to leave this hotel & will be back in future.

The staff made our stay 100 times better! Attentive and helpful service, and little gifts at checkin and checkout are a nice touch. Andrea’s tips for places to visit are worth their weight in gold. They helped us make the most of our time and experience all that Venice has to offer beyond the tourist traps. Otherwise: Excellent central location, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast

It may look old, but for us, it reflected the true spirit of the city. It’s cozy and full of character. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, helpful, and smiling. It was a pleasure to interact with them. The breakfast was diverse and offered a wide selection, which is rare for Italy. We also had a kettle in our room, and after long days of trips and excursions, we enjoyed relaxing with tea in the evenings – a lovely touch!

between the tight alleys it was located in a big yard , although it hasnt the canal view but it was so beautiful and silent.we bought 2-way ticket for ALILAGUNA from airport and get off in RIALTO STATION , it was 6 min walk to hotel , we came with back pack so we could easily pass the stairs . Very good LocationIts near railto, san marco , Libreria Acqua Alta, Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo ,bridge of sighs …….

Everything is beautiful, the staff really lovely and helpful, the room amazing, comfy and clean, the bathroom has really good pressure and at night is pretty quiet. The area is PERFECT because it's not in the center of the chaos.
