The location is very good. It was a bit difficult to find it initially, but the place is really great. Quiet, no city noise. Breakfast overlooking the canal, very pleasant. Excellent service. Special praise to the male administrator of the evening shift, who was very thorough - explained what and where was located, booked tickets to the islands, was very friendly and helpful

Hotel staffs were very helpful and very friendly. Room facilities are enough. Water heater, refrigerator etc. The lockable outer door makes you feel safe in this kind of crowded cities. We totaly loved this hotel.

Cosy and nice boutique hotel at the great location, easy to get there with water bus from main station, breakfast was very good and room was clean and comfortable.

This is a great place to stay in Venice. The location is excellent - close to the Grand Canal and a vaporetto stop at Rialto Market - but it's also quiet and feels tucked away. Our room was very comfortable with a good mattress and nice lighting. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the rest of the space was well-designed. There was even a private balcony! In the shared part of the property there's a kitchen with a good coffee machine and tasty cakes, a sitting area with comfy armchairs, and a roof-terrace with an amazing 360 view of Venice. And finally - our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. Highly recommended.

We loved this place!! It’s really central, close to the Rialto bridge. The place is really well designed and feels like home. The staff and owners were very nice too!! We enjoyed ourselves very much. Love to come back! Highly recommended!!
