The property was so clean and was bigger than what the pictures showed. Very central located. Easy to walk everywhere. Our host Alberto was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment.

Ca' Angeli has great views over the Grand Canal from its lounge and breakfast room. Rialto Bridge is close by and Santa Lucia Station is a 10-minute walk away.

We had a room with a view of the canal. Wonderful view. It is old building, rooms with furniture that fits the style. Bathroom is updated. The breakfast room also has a wonderful view of the canal, Very stylish table sets.

Perfect location!! So close to the Rialto bridge, restaurants and shops. Amazing. Alberto was very responsive and helpful, which was very reassuring. Loved this apartment, loved Venice!!

The Ca' San Rocco is located in a quiet area, only 5 minutes on foot from both Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station and the bus terminus in Piazzale Roma.

We liked the breakfast. It was a not to much, but fully enough to get the energy, a good balance between sweet and non-sweet things. And each day there was some small variation in the offer. The last day there was even a boiled egg with ham which is not typical for Italian breakfast, but we from the north like to eat a lot of eggs :) . Excellent location - 8 min walking distance from/to the Central bus terminal in Piazzale Roma and about 25 min to St.Marco (for smbd. it is maby too far, but not for us, we liked walking and at the same time not staying in the central (overcrowded) part of Venezia). A very quite and comfortable place.

We are well travelled couple and this was one of the best places we stayed at. Hidden, beautiful decorated, amazing rooftop! What a gem! Great host, very clean place with a good smell :) We got a bottle of prosecco on our arrival and there are some nice snacks avaiable.
