Luca was super kind, helpful and patient with all my questions. We had a late arrival and his messages and note was completely detailed for us to check in our room on our own. Room was beautiful. Breakfast on time and delicious every morning. View from room was very nice. Location was so convenient to everything: boat to airport, restaurants, convenience stores.
Throughout the apartment, there were guides and books which I found useful for Venice history as I explored the city.
Luca even was so accommodating to deliver breakfast earlier so we could catch the boat to the airport on time. No needed but so appreciated for our journey home. Thanks Luca.

Staff are great you feel like if you were within your family all of them!
I asked for surprise of flower to my wife but with short notice just 1 day before we came, but they had made it and that made my wife happy.
Location is the best considering we have heavy luggage with us where you will need around 10 min and to cross 2 bridges only.
Room, stairs, the garden and halls are reflection of Venice culture and vibes where we have enjoyed.
We made our rounds in Venice all on feet as they provided us with map showing all sites and paths.
You feel love and generosity in everything. They offer good price breakfast.

Hello, I would like to say – the Hotel Olimpia is spectacular! I am thankful for the Hotel`s team! Our trip to Venice started at midnight with a nice encounter with Roberto, who was selected by the hotel to deliver us from airport to Olimpia. English speaking gentleman with a good knowledge of local history- our trip to the Hotel was like guided tour through Treviso – Meistre – to Venice.
Hotel experience: great location, it had access to different transport methods (gondola ride, water buses, trams, regular buses etc), amazing startingpoint for sightseeing and dinner experiences ( different options nearby); hotel rooms are light and clean, all needed equipment was included ( air conditioner, hairdryer, even mouthrinse and a comb were placed in the bathdroom ( hygienic packages!) and lot of more!)
Wide range of breakfast choices and option to sit in the garden or next to the canal side. Coffee choices! – based on request possible to order good quality cappuccino.

The flat is right in the heart of Venice. It s a really nice place on the canal with a great view.
The owner is a little difficult. We had some problems with the heat but in the end he accepted to take measures.
I ve given a 10 for the great location, great city and for the nice apartament.
I hope the owner learnes to be more kinder with his customers.

Very friendly owners/staff that provided good restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. Our room was very nice, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was great, you can choose your breakfast from a menu and have it provided in your room, in thier cute courtyard or rooftop. The location was fantastic. We would definitely recommend staying here.
