The reception lady is super nice and helpful. She gave us helpful tips for our exploration of Venice. The location is very close to the main bus station and train station, convenient if you arrive with big luggages. The room is clean and lovely.

Great hotel! Amazing view from the balcony to the canal and dawn and sun! Cozy interior! Very comfortable bed: pillows and mattress, blankets like fluffs. The hotel has an elevator. Breakfasts are varied and very tasty: fresh vegetables, greens, omelet, cheeses, freshly squeezed juices! The breakfast space is in the courtyard overlooking the park is a special pleasure to have breakfast in such an atmosphere! And the convenient location, near the taxi landing and the railway station, it turned out to be a big plus. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the center! Very good hotel!
