Location was perfect for all the main sights, large choice of restaurants/bars and retail shops. Apartment was spacious, clean and provided all facilities needed. Staff were efficient and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Communication was clear (via WhatsApp) for check in requirements. Cost of stay was, I would imagine, comparative for a luxury apartment in the middle of Venice. Would happily stay again.

The location could not be better, almost literally a stone's throw from St Mark's Square, the perfect place to come back to after a day exploring Venice. Breakfast and evening drinks on the garden terrace were lovely. We had a very large corner room with a wonderful view down the canal to the Bridge of Sighs. I would thoroughly recommend asking for Room 48

Hotel Firenze is a beautiful small hotel in an prime location it is run professionally with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small but lack nothing. The roof top terrace is a beautiful bonus. Specially this time when the hotel arrange viewing of the redentore fireworks from there.
