location was great. very convenient to have the dock at the back of the hotel so the water taxi could drop us at the back door with our luggage. I was disappointed with the storage/wardrobe in our room, but after speaking to the front desk staff they moved us to a much better room & no extra charge! the breakfast was fantastic & all the staff very helpful. I’d happily recommend the Hotel Saturnia to anyone visiting Venice.

The hotel is very clean, serves tasty buffet breakfast beans fresh pastries etc, location is superb 2mins walk to san marco square, staff are always ready to help and lots of restaurants around the property with one just 10 seconds walk. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when next I visit.

A beautiful hotel, absolutely stunningly restored, a mix of modern facilities with traditional architecture. Great location, easy access to the river bus which was really useful when we needed to get to the airport with suitcases..

We had an amazing time at this hotel from the moment we arrived. Staff at the reception were always helpful and kind. Beds are comfortable and it is very quiet for being in one of the best locations in Venice. Would recommend it definitely.

Very friendly hotel, with excellent staff. Strategic location, easy to access by ship no 1. Internally very authentic. Breakfast is much better than italian average. Room is small, as usual in Venice, but fully equiped. Heating was proper. Congrats for staff again.
