Everything was perfect here! I couldn’t ask for the better service! I was received by a young man who was very gentle and thoughtful, he took me to everywhere in the hostel and showing me everything , I was impressed by his good service even though who got hurt on his nose , cheers ! The hotel was amazing. Everything is clean, the staff is helpful and support you in your special requests, as well. Our room was quiet, had a great sleep. At the same time, it’s located in the very center. We walked almost everywhere, couldn’t imagine better location. Breakfast is delicious and the rooftop where it’s served has a great atmosphere.

The location is good. The Hotel looks fairly new or renovated. All the staff from reception to the gentleman who prepares breakfast are wonderful. Special mention to Sam for his kindness. Lots of restaurants around.

This was our second stay here. We had a lovely time. Friendly staff. The pool was open - bit chilly still but lovely to sit outside and relax after sightseeing. The drivers we had from the hotel for airport transfers were excellent. Front desk / room service / housekeeping staff etc were also very friendly and helpful. Having a lounge area and kitchenette made the difference. The free laundry facilities are a superb touch.
