The environment is so peaceful, calm and relaxing. It’s very near to lake Shikotsu. Definitely a great choice to away from city hustle bustle. I feel so much refreshed and recharged after the stay. Staff are very friendly and warm, and surprisingly they can address my name when I first walk into the hotel. The room is with a Japanese tatami sitting area where is my favourite area. The bed is so comfortable and i had a good night sleep.

It provided everything we needed with our stay. The room is very cozy and clean. There are two supermarkets in 500m walking and 30 mins driving to airport. We got 10 begals with different flavors for us 5. All of them are so good. We had a very nice stay.

The house is modern, clean and spacious with good beds. There are a lot of amenities in the kitchen for cooking and the house is well stocked with other equipement. Enough parkingspace for two small cars and close by are a konbini, Daiso and supermarket. Would definitely recommend this stay in the Shiraoi area.
