Everything was perfect from the location near the station and the center. The appartement is really cosy and comfy. Good WIFI. The beds are amazing !

The room was nice and very clean. I like the layout of the room, with a small table and a comfy chair in the corner. And that you could order food from the connected restaurant to your room.
Staff at the front desk were welcoming and fluent in english.
I had breakfast all three days I stayed here and only had to wait for a table once (~09:00am a sunday morning). Even then I only had to wait for 10min. Breakfast was good and had enough options for my three day stay.
The location of the hotel is good too. The street is quiet at night, but just a short walk from the nightlife. There's also a small Lawson just across the street. I used subway exit B10 which got me very close to the hotel.
I would stay here again when visiting Kobe.

Excellent location just 3 mins walk from JRSannomiya station. Breakfast was excellent value for money- lots of tasty Japanese food to choose from as well as rolls, croissants and yoghurt. Comfortable bed, great shower.
