This was a very pleasant place to stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had a heating pad for the back. Good Japanese breakfast. Great area to reach most of the attractions, but not too crowded with tourists.

The female reception staff is extremely helpful. She helped us to arrange for Yamato transport to forward our luggage to Osaka. She’s able to communicate in English. The male reception staff on the night shift is also very helpful and courteous. Spoke English too. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
