The room was very spacious for couple, we had 2 big luggages which can both be opened without blocking any paths. The whole place was clean and new. Staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here next time. Location was good too, close to the center and Kyoto station. It’s walking distance to GOJO station, which can take you to some popular spots, but still need to transit if you’re planning to go further.

Best hotel in Kyoto for sure. Best location possible. the hotel itself is beautiful and super clean and special. We were upgraded to an amazing suite because of our honeymoon. The staff are incredible and very helpful. Thank you for everything.

We were in Cross Hotel for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The room was cosy, the bed was big and spatious and everything was very clean. The location is perfect. Breakfast is more of a western type, but we found it delicious.

We really enjoyed the awesome design here. The room was modern, comfortable and the shower spacious. The entrance of this hotel blew us away. The lounge for guests is awesome. The entertainment system - although hardly ever used during our trip since there are so much better things to do - was also really nice. You could just add your own streaming accounts and use the Services like you were at home.

Good vibes at the moment when we arrived. Check in was a breeze, staff was super friendly, and the decor is modern and attractive - made me feel excited about staying there! I really loved staying at Piece Sanjo - the location is excellent, it had good restaurants, cafes, and shopping streets within walking distance. I'd definitely return.

We loved everything about our stay. Even if the Japanese style room was small for 4 adults + hand luggage, we made it work and felt comfortable - the beds can be folded up in the morning to create more space, as in the picture.
The staff also kindly showed us how to open the bedroom window, as it got quite warm in the room. The breakfast options were great, as was the free sake by the bar! Honestly it was a great stay & great value for money.

the room and bathroom are beautifully appointed and smartly laid out. lots of space and super clean. The staff were all so helpful and courteous! they kindly listened to and helped with every request. location is perfect - it’s in a very trendy part of Kyoto with lots of cool shops to browse, and great restaurants, and the main attractions were walkable or just a short cycle or train ride away. there’s also a really great bike rental place right around the corner (Good day velo). There’s a really nice communal kitchen/lounge area and coin laundry machines, which we used twice during our stay - very helpful for our long travels!
