front desk stuff speak well english that explained all we need, and she was so kind. really appreciated. Room size was bigger that I expected. Public bathes was great condition and well keep cleaned. Dinner and breakfast was extraordinary. I love to stay if I will visit next time.

We stayed in Shion room which was really special with a stove in the living room, a foot bath room and indoor bath. The outdoor public bath was really good too, and not crowded at all in the morning. The service provided by all the staff was very welcoming, making us feel relax and comfortable. Really enjoy the stay.

Staff service was over any expectations, they informed me about the transport situation before I got there and helped me arranging my trip back. The tea in the rooms comes from their fields and is so good. The facility has an old history and is well maintained and beautiful, no need to even mention the onsen inside.. There's pick-up service from the nearby bus station. The service is very good, they even helped to keep your shoes. The view from the room is very nice, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

the host waited for us at the property although we were late, and the house smelled great with a home cooked soup and bread (part of prepaid breakfast)! it was wonderful and felt like coming home.
