Great service, clean and has everything you need. enough space for 3 people, has coffee and water. even a table and chair where my son can do homework. It has a clean and relaxing onsen. the TV room already have cables available (like HDMI) for you to connect whatever you want like an Apple TV… The breakfast was great. I highly recommend.

The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel.
