The hotel is situated in a converted building (former department store), located 10 minutes from Namba station, close to shopping centres. The staff was very kind, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. It is a very convenient place for tourists, as they have a laundry self wash service and a lounge for cooking/eating/having free coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The location is excellent so we can easily go to Totonbori and take the train. They don't have breakfast but there is wonderful tea lounge. There are various kind of drink vending machine for free. We just buy bread and had light snack for breakfast.

I can’t believe the value you get for your money!
I read reviews of people saying the same thing before I came and was sceptical but it surpassed my expectations. Seriously, do not be put off that it’s labelled as a ‘love hotel’, if it is, you seriously wouldn’t know it to stay there. The room is just exceptional for the money you pay, I had a 4 poster bed with curtains to draw, jacuzzi style bathtub with a tv init!? Did I mention they provided FREE FOOD & ALCOHOL!? Yes actual free alcohol. It’s incredibly close to all the action, great transport links. I will definitely stay here again or any other city in Japan where this chain is available!
