You can not fault this hotel.
Two adults and three children.
We stayed at the room that has 2 single beds plus 3 Tatami.
We spent 7 nights here. Despite the room size being smaller than expected, everything else was perfect.
Right next to super marker, metro, walking distance to central district.
Japan/Osaka is not a cheap country to travel for a family but this hotel delivevered what it promises on the website.

Was very very clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming, there was coffee in the lobby and check in was very smooth.

The location was great! Right near the station and a supermarket right down stairs. Coin laundry a 2 min walk away. 20 min walk to namba station through Shinsaibashi shopping street. The room was s alot more spacious than we expected but still smaller than were used to. The room was clean and they offered daily room cleaning which we only used once during our 5 night stay. The hotel staff are really friendly
