You can not fault this hotel.
Two adults and three children.
We stayed at the room that has 2 single beds plus 3 Tatami.
We spent 7 nights here. Despite the room size being smaller than expected, everything else was perfect.
Right next to super marker, metro, walking distance to central district.
Japan/Osaka is not a cheap country to travel for a family but this hotel delivevered what it promises on the website.

The space is big enough for us to open our 29 inch suitcase ( and we have a total of 4 suitcases!!). The location is perfect, 5 min walks to the subway station; 15 min walks to the most popular and energetic area - Dotonbori.

Was very very clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming, there was coffee in the lobby and check in was very smooth.
