We were delighted with the family room and facilities. We are a family of four, with two teenagers who slept in the super comfy bunk beds. We were so happy with the room because it was spacious and had a small kitchen which was perfect for us to heat up any convenience meals we picked up at the supermarket around the corner. The hotel was so well located, just around the corner from the subway station and amidst small eateries, a very short walk away from the main streets. It was peaceful and quiet at night. We were greeted by Jake who was extremely helpful and welcoming.The rest of the staff were just as warm and friendly. The hotel also has a coin laundry which was very useful as we were travelling with small bags. Thank you, Mimaru Osaka Shinsaibashi West ! We will definitely recommend you and we would stay with you again without hesitation if we are lucky enough to return to Osaka.

This apartment looks and sounds excellent in the description, but is even better in reality. We felt this was a home from home, and were sad to leave. The main room of the apartment has been very well planned, so that as well as the two large beds there is also space to sit and eat. The kitchen was equipped well enough to allow us to cook a proper meal, and there was plenty of space to store breakfast foods. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower, and there was a washing machine in the adjoining room. Everything is modern, works and is spotlessly clean. I can recommend this apartment unreservedly.

The staff was really really nice.
The bed was super comfortable, the free coffee was very delicious and the space in the room was very good as well.

The location of the hotel is just off the busy Shinsaibashi shotengai, so you're not directly caught up with the busy crowd. It's also useful that you don't need to worry about rushing for the last train on a night out. It's easily accessible via the subway. Wish I stayed longer!

We stayed as a group of 22 people. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staff speaks English and is extremely helpful. The loby is full of lush plants and the sounds of nature! We felt at home and taken care of. Super comfortable beds. Laundry room on spot was really handy. This place is safehaven. Absolutely loved IT !

True to their name, really super hotel. Staff are very helpful and professional, the room was comfortable, food was excellent, and the onsen added a lot to the already quite pleasant experience. Nice location as well, with easy access to Osaka Station.
