Great location in Kitte Osaka. Professional hotel staff, superb hotel room with great view of Osaka . The bed was soo good , love the shower gel etc and also the breakfast has many to choose from and the best Beef Udon ！

Simply the best room we ever stayed in - very comfortable beds but the widest (10 metres plus ?) ceiling to floor almost all glass window giving spectacular city views especially at night time. Most friendly helpful staff and a special shout out to Satsuki who welcomed us so well and the staff who did our room so beautifully for or special anniversary and also to the friendly bar staff especially Irene (Irish spelling 😇)

I really like the location of the hotel. The staffs were very friendly but they should be more trained in speaking English. The toilet facility was great! The breakfast was good.
