The location was perfect for our needs. They have a fabulous breakfast spread and everyone was very helpful. We needed to take a train and bus to different locations in Japan and both were located within a short walk from the hotel. Beautiful room and super comfy bed! Can't recommend it enough.

This hotel was definitely the best of our three accomodations on our trip to Japan. First of all, the location was great. We did day trips to Kyoto, Kobe and Hiroshima, and it was easy to get to Shin-Osaka station via the local metro that is located underneath the hotel. It was also very convenient to get around Osaka from the hotel. The view from our room was amazing. The room was very clean, quiet and spacious enough for our four luggages. All in all our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to everyone and stay again for sure.

Although my stay was very short, I only stayed a night (or a couple of hours to be more precise as I only needed a place to rest until I would catch my flight back home ) the hotel was great as it is very central, in the midst of everything, just a floor up to the subway station, if required, which was very convenient. The room was not that spacious, but it sufficed my needs completely for the day and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful.
