- The host is kind and speaks English very well. Excellent communication.
- 12-minute walk to Shin-Osaka JR/subway station. Not too far. Convenient for traveling to other cities and within Osaka.
- Some snacks and drinks were provided. Also have drip coffee and tea filter.
- Clean towels were provided everyday.
- The house was clean, looked new and nicely decorated. Staff came to clean daily. Bed sheets were changed after 5 days.
- Very well equipped. We could cook and use the washing machine/ tumble dryer. Detergent and cloth hangers are also provided.
- Beds are comfortable and big enough.
- There is one bathroom and two toilets - one on the first floor and the other one on the second floor.
- 2 house keys were provided.
- Wifi worked well.
- Two supermarkets nearby - Aeon and Tamade.

Great location - just 5 min walk from Central Exit of Shin-Osaka station and less than 1 minute walk from the exit of the Subway. The restaurant (Yayoi) at the ground floor serves very affordable and delicious meals for lunch and dinner - it is also the same restaurant where you may claim free breakfast. I also appreciate that if you cannot onsite, you have the option to get a packed meal to go for breakfast - perfect if you are catching a train or a tour and don't have enough time to sit down for breakfast. 10/10 stay - the beds are comfortable, it is a good size room for a Japanese business hotel and they provide a pitcher so you may refill on water from the dispenser at the hallway. Will stay here if I am in Osaka again

Very good location and helpful staff. The hotel is new and comfortable. It is very close to the Sin-Osaka metro station but little bit far from the JR station. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel.
