The staff is just so lovely and kind!! Always eager to help and with a smile on their faces. The rooms are small but cozy, the bed is super comfortable, and the common spaces are enjoyable. The location is close to various train stations - within 20 minutes, you are almost anywhere on central Tokyo. Can't recommend enough!!

Excellent location. So easy to reach airport for our 11:10 am flight back home as the station plus skyline is so close. Staff is amiable. They store luggage ahead of checkin and on the day of checkout too. Good area. Lots of shops close by. If you stay here, you can reach other parts of Tokyo very easily.
