1) it is conveniently placed near both Tabata JR station and Akado-Shōgakkō-mae Nippori-Toneri Liner station. This also means when arriving using the Skyliner train from Narita I can get off at Nippori and change onto the Nippori-Toneri Liner to get to the property. 2) the area is a quiet residential area. Sometimes the trains passing can be noisy but not serverely. 3) more than one toilet is very helpful when there's three people staying 4) beds were very comfortable 5) providing the full address with the booking allowed for food deliveries, some other places just give you a guide to find the property instead of the full address, which isn't helpful, so thank you for that.

Everything was perfect! Clean rooms, linens, sufficient towels, basic cutlery provided, all facilities listed were present. There was a washing machine with a detergent provided by the property, so it was easy to wash light clothes. Super comfy rooms and beds, enough for a family of 6 with 2 adults. Access to the train station (Komagome) was easy. Along the way, there were grocery stores, and also a Halal mart is a bonus for Muslim. There's also a park and a public toilet just in front of the property. We were from Haneda Airport, booked a private transfer beforehand cost us around €74 cos it was 3am to the property.Check-in was easy as the instructions were clear. We got the key less than a minute, enter the property easily with no hassle. There was no heater, but the air conditioning is used to heat up all rooms. We just need to set to heat mode. It took a while to figure out as there were no instructions, but we Googled to find out. It's best if the property can provide clear instructions, though. The hot water at shower were unstable but that was a small matter to us. Nothing that I would complain, it was just a perfect place to stay if you are in Tokyo. Thank you for the management for providing such a beautiful place.

Unique and creative place to stay. Perfect for kids. Lots of secret passages and treats. It was a highlight of the trip for our children. Very helpful host.

Basically there are 3 independent rooms with double beds, a kitchen and a washroom in this apartment, which is good for our family. The host Lanning is exceptional. She has been very responsive and has helped us whenever we requested. She even went to show us the train station and buy tickets for us. Also, she stored luggage for us when we went for few days to Osaka. Cleaning service was provided whenever requested. The train station is like 2 minutes walk and very convenient. There are grocery stores and some restaurants nearby.

Very good place to stay. It is a complete home with one double bedroom downstairs (F1), and two bedrooms upstairs (F3 one with tatami/futons and one with a double bed). One toilet downstairs (F1), and one upstairs (F3) and the bathroom is downstairs (F1). On F2 there is a really good living area with a large kitchen. We could leave our luggage before checking in and the host was very communicative. We asked for a second key and got it immediately. The location is perfect, close to Itabashi station and Shin Itabashi station and very close to several supermarkets and restaurants. Also, for if you are staying in the summer, there is an outdoor swimming pool nearby. The home was clean and well equipped. There were a lot of clean towels, and also toilet paper, shampoo, showergel, et cetera was available.

A recently renovated holiday home in Tokyo and within 1.1 km of Shimizuzaka Park, Tokyo downtown牡丹莊 has a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi.

Tokyo Downtown is nestled in Kita prefecture. It's roughly 30 minutes to majority of the tourist attractions people often want to visit. It's a 3 minute walk to a 7-11 and 5 minute walk to the station. Which connects to all major stations. Which is perfect for those who want to visit Japan and see the real side of it. The area is very quiet and peaceful and allows for more comfort than any hotel in the city. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 - 15 walk and has attractions nearby also which is great. With a beautiful garden which I'm sure looks amazing in summer when blooming. The owners are lovely people. Extremely kind, responsive and friendly. It felt like I was being staying with family. If I had and requests or questions I would get a reply within minutes if I was lacking anything or even simply if you wish to ask about where to go or if you're after something specific. It has all amenities that one would need. A kitchen (with a electric stove, microwave and fridge), bathroom and separate toilet. And if you're staying on the 2nd floor you get an amazing view of the city also. With that said, this is truly a great place to stay if you wish for peace and quiet after a day of sight seeing. It is not somewhere you can be rowdy and loud. It is a residential location so keep that in mind. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit next time.

A very cozy and spotless clean apartment equipped with everything that you need for a medium-long stay for a family or group. Bedrooms are separated from the main room-studio, so give privacy to everyone. Kitchen with everything for proper cooking. Very attentive and responsive host provided us with all the information and help before and during our stay. Complimentary sweets were a pleasant addition to the high hospitality level. Very quiet area, convenience shops, railway station and shopping street are all in walking distance.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was super clean, modern, fantastic location close to Kami-nakazato station, supermarket and 7-11. The host was exceptional and extremely helpful. I would stay here again and recommend this accommodation to everyone. We have stayed in several houses in Japan on our trip and this was by far the best!
