Highly recommend staying here! The location was great and right in the heart of shinjuku. The building the hotel is in has loads to do as well. The room was a good size with amazing views and so clean (I stayed in a garden suite room)

Our teenage girls rate this as the best hotel ever! Our apartment was super spacious and clean. The amenities were great and location was perfect for accessing main tourist sights. The washing machine and breakfast we a big bonus. The girls loved the beauty products, bath and comfy bed set up. We sadly didn't get to try the karaoke as too busy sightseeing. The only negative was a bit of road noise but not bad and easily solved with earplugs.

As I booked this apartment in Tokyo one year ago, we only hoped te find an apartment with an affordable price and a good location. As we arrived at the apartment 11 days ago, we were surprised that the apartment and the hosts excited our expectations by a lot. We’ve been picked up by a luxury vehicle and the host even offered us refreshments. He has told us about good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The hosts are a very kind couple with a big heart and they have given us many tips and good advice. They know Tokyo and surrounding so well. If you need insider tips, they’re the one to give. We have traveled a lot within Europe and Asia. The hosts here are definitely the best and we have special memory together. You have your privacy during your stay, but if you need their advice, they’re always willing to help.
We’re satisfied with the apartment, too. We have had everything we needed. It is especially convenient that the host has installed a waterfilter. Water in Japan is drinkable yet not enjoyable because of the chlorine in it. That problem is solved with the filter. So guests don’t need to drag big waterbottels from the supermarket. That’s a pleasant and practical feature of the apartment.
The location and the neighbourhood are excellent. The neighbourhood is quiet and local. Although the lively streets full of tasty restaurants and shops are quite nearby. As Asian myself who is living in Europe, I was impressed and spoiled by the amount of authentic Chinese and Korean restaurants there. It is a kind of Asian town, you can find cuisine from almost every corner of Asia here. Furthermore, several convenient stores and a decent supermarket lay on the way home. Good shiatsu salons (Japanese massage) are also
available.
All in all, the apartment and the hosts have made our stay in Tokyo an unforgettable experience.

What a great place! The room is huge, clean, full of amenities, and even a local guide hand written booklet. The station, metro, bus and 7/11s are nearby. Akira is a great and helpfull man and keeping the place up to great standard.

The Host of this sweet place is very helpful, friendly and pleasant. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, you will not expect in this large city, tiny houses and gardens, but close to a lot of very good restaurants. Easy to go with the subway. Close to the pulsing shinjuku and Shibuya. Markets close. We had a kitchen with tea and coffee! So nice! Very recommended!!
