The view from the room was very cool, and the room itself was unexpectedly nice. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall setting was very cozy. The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions. One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. Room is big. Breakfast is good. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station and all the facilities are very new and clean since the hotel was newly opened in April 2024. My family and I really enjoyed their hot bath and Sauna located at their G floor. Definitely recommend to those who plans to visit Yokohama.
