I arrived at 04:00am and the self check-in was seamless. Kathy proactively addressed all the few inquiries and requests I had and promptly. The property is always clean and extremely calm; both during the day and nights.

This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

We stayed at Broadwalk twice during our trip to Kenya. Both times, we had wonderful corner rooms with excellent views of the city. The flats are huge, roomy, and furnished with everything we needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is free parking in the car park below the property, which also houses a mall that includes a supermarket, all of which makes it very convenient. There are a number of restaurants in the mall and also two that are part of the residence. Beds are big and comfy, internet is free and fast, and there is a full kitchen for those who want to make their own meals. We would definitely stay again in Nairobi!

I loved the attention to detail. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming - from the guards, to reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff.
