Location was great and very safe for a female solo traveler.
The hotel Staff was outstanding, they helped me book the river cruise even though it was last minute as well as my bus to siem reap.
Everything was top-notch clean.
Pool area and the view.

The location was perfect as I had a conference to attend nearby. It's in the city and there are nice views from the room and certainly from the swimming pool on the roof. It was a pleasant stay in the heart of Phnom Penh.

Super close to the Royal Palace, the river and the walking street while far enough from it not to be noisy

Was quite alright for the price I paid.
Hotel:
Breakfast was great, the pool was very nice and quiet, and the staff was very accommodating
Gym:
Considering it's a hotel the gym was perfectly fine, several cardio machines, some free dumbbell weights, a cross trainer and a bicep curl machine among some other equipment
Overall a very good experience, especially given the price.
