The room is a large elegant suite. The bedroom was roomy, super comfortable bed, excellent bathroom etc. The living room was large with a sofa, 2 armchairs, a table etc. The room also had a nice balcony with seating area. There was also a basic kitchen with kettle, toaster & fridge, but limited kitchen utensils. There was a great washing machine, a real bonus for a 2 week stay. The hotel breakfast was pretty good, with a good range of breakfast options. The service from the hotel staff was always absolutely superb, unfailingly friendly polite and welcoming. Far better than at many 5* big brand hotels.

The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! The pool is a perfect way to relax at the end of the day and the rooms were a great size and very comfortable!

Thank you for these amazing 3 nights in Siem Reap from where we visited all the temples. Specially we want to say a big thank you to our driver, Mr. Bunheng. He helped me, as a person in wheelchair, so much and he has a big heart! So grateful, thank you Mr. Bunheng. But also the whole staff from the hotel was very friendly and helped a lot.
