The connecting room was exceptional: we a had a full huge apartment with kitchen, living room and two independent bed rooms.

Very beautiful hotel in the center of Siem Reap, most likely one of the most beautiful ones that I have stayed in. Gorgeous grounds, a lot of attention to detail everywhere.
Staff was very friendly and professional when we had an issue with a room and very accomodatin when on the day we were leaving.
Location is great, just a 10 min stroll down the river to downtown, but very quiet.
The bar is very nice, drinks are excellent.
Breakfast was good, but not great.

We loved everyrhing about this hotel. The staff were amazing, so pleasant and polite. They allowed us a late check out at no cost since our flight did not leave until the evening. The food was good with nice variety at breakfast. I loved the pool! Both times I used it, I was the only one there. The location is great, walkable to the markets, or a $1 tuk tuk ride. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Siem Reap.

The location of the hotel is perfect for restaurants and cafes. The rooms are spacious, clean and really nicely decorated. The rooftop swimming pool and bar are exceptional and the staff were all fantastic. The downstairs pool is also beautiful and a welcome retreat for some shade.
Free water in the rooms and the tap water is drinkable.
The food was good but we are vegetarian and the options were limited. The breakfast was not special for the cost so we preferred to go out. We also had an excellent meal at the Japanese restaurant attached to the hotel.
We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel in Siem Reap.
