The staff at reception were excellent and very friendly. They were always happy to assist and gave us really good information. Having a balcony room was so special and we loved the quality of the fixtures and fittings.

The staff was very friendly and polite, also helped me with some local tips. The position is great, literally in front of BIFF Square. The room was super clean, and with daily refill of bottles of water and bathroom items.

We were expecting a hotel - we got a serviced apartment! Check in was easy, the staff were lovely and the location was fantastic (1 minute walk to Jagalchi Station). I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The room was sufficient and there were enough space to put 2 luggage. There was also a table in our room where we can sit down and do some work. There was washing machine in the room but there were not enough hanger to hang the clothes so do bring extra foldable hangers to aid in that. There were also limited place to hang wash clothes so one must plan where and how much laundry to do. Anyways, the location was amazing and near to many areas of interest and biff square!

The views from our room were amazing. The location was the best. Comfortable bed, nice room, great shower. There was a fridge and a hot and cold water machine. Reception was 24hrs.
