Our stay at Bon accord was trully something amazing. Prasad is such an amazing host and person. We loved every moment of our stay! From the beginning, he welcomed us with amazing tea and juice and he was explaining everything you can do around Mirissa, showing us places and recommending restaurants. His house is beautiful and so are the rooms. It was very clean, with everything you need and very clean bathroom and we also had a balcony. Prasad is taking care of you like you are the part of his home 😍 He cleans rooms each day and he pays attention to every detail. It really was our best stay on Sri Lanka. The beach is very close 2 minutes by walk and all restaurants are also very close. This is really something extraordinary and I highly recommend to stay at his place. And ofc breakfast was amazing. Thank you very much!

I had an amazing time at Spice House , Ruwan is the nicest man ever ,so friendly and helpfull . I booked the Junior suite The room was just perfect , I really enjoyed the outside shower with all sorts of birds and monkeys around. If you love nature its incredible ! The beach is just accross the road , perfect location. The owners are really nice people as well as all the staff there ! I will definetely come back !

The aesthetics are beautiful, the room was squeaky clean, the bed comfortable, electrical sockets with direct USB connectors were given in plenty and in all the right places, the bed headboard even had light switches to access while in bed, the bathroom was one of the biggest I've encountered at a hotel and had the most exquisite designs I've seen. 2-4 minute walk to the beach and plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. But the best part was the staff and owner. They are beyond helpful and ensured at every point that our needs were met.

We loved our stay! This is a perfect place to relax. The hotel is built on a hill and can only be reached by a funicular railway or a long staircase. Due to its elevated location, you truly feel part of the jungle, with a stunning view to match. The highlight of our visit was definitely the monkeys – but a word of caution: if you're not a fan of monkeys, this might not be the place for you, as they can be quite intrusive. They even stole my sunscreen and almost broke into our room, as they are able to open the door (always lock the door!). The bar and staff were outstanding – very dedicated and friendly. We loved relaxing at the pool on top of the hotel.

Swell Shacks is perfectly located for anyone looking to surf on the south coast! The hotel is right on the beach in front of Madiha’s main surf break. The rooms were spacious, beautifully styled & well equipped, staff were friendly & the cafe served delicious food. We couldn’t fault our stay & we will definitely be back!
