The most beautiful and hospitable hotel ived visited globally , food excellent, staff superb , rooms clean . Food again I cannot rate highly enough. This hotel screams old English etiquette with a modern touch . Really one of the best hotels and I highly recommend. We are used to luxury in Dubai and this hotels service and the hotel its self didn’t disappoint!

Excellent hotel, wonderful room, decor and ambiance very pleasing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was superb and well presented, with recommend wine to match. Breakfasts were amazing, a good choice of the finest Sri Lankan favourites.

I had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the owner was also very welcoming. I ordered a meal during my stay and it was delicious. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, which made it very convenient. Highly recommend!

I liked this place. I booked a big family room, which was spacious and clean. Because Nuwara Elia is a cold city, they provided 2 good blankets to keep me warm while sleeping (was much needed). hot water in the shower is really hot--be careful.
there is a nice backyard where I enjoyed a bottle of red wine under the warm sun in a cold town.
they make very good pancake for the breakfast.
