Large breakfast menu with a lot to choose from. Big family rooms with Big bathroom and hot showers. Nice common areas as well.
The hosts and staff takes The stay from Great to excellent. Knowledgeable, helpfull and very Nice people who made The stay feel like a home. They managed a freshly made, and very friendly dinner at short notice, and served us tradtitional health drinks as an extra treat for breakfast.
My family loved The stay, and I whole-heartedly reccomends this guest House!

The palace is very quiet and cozy it feels like home. Well located, very nice view, and garden. The food is very pleasant, the chef is very talented he made the food experience very good. We booked half-board (breakfast and dinner). The staff were very friendly, literally everyone even the planters guy’s. Everyone is smiling.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved every second of it. The apartment complex is only a couple hundred meters away from the main road, and the town is at a walking distance, so everything you need from restaurants to supermarkets is just a few minutes away. The apartment came with a dedicated parking lot that's right next to the elevator. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, so we had a great view of the town and the distant mountains from the balcony. The apartment had pretty much everything we needed, a kitchen with a well equipped pantry, a living room with a TV, 2 bedrooms each having a bed with a spring mattress (the main bed was really really comfy), 2 clean washrooms with hot water (1 common, and 1 attached to the main bedroom). We just had to bring the groceries and cook. Amal, the caretaker, is really pleasant and helpful, so everything from check-in to check-out was really smooth. Our entire stay was relaxing, and we enjoyed so much convenience, so we would recommend this apartment to everyone.

This is property was the nicest of all the quality properties we stayed in during our 20 days in Sri Lanka. It has been recently built/renovated to a very high standard and beautfully decorated. All facilites were of a five star standard. The meals prepared for us by the on-site chef were authenic and delicious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious with extenisve common areas for relaxing. We highly recommend this property as a great way to experience Nuwara Eliya.
