Very new and stylish hotel. The location is great, very central, a stone’s throw away from many of Riga’s main attractions as well as many nice bars and restaurants.
The staff were polite, helpful and let us store our luggage on check out day which was very convenient.
The room itself was clean and cozy.

Nice hostel with recent, well thought out renovations. There's a quiet side where you can work in peace and a social side to meet people and have a beer. Very welcoming atmosphere and very clean. Huge spacious dorm rooms. Staff was awesome and free breakfast and coffee were great. Do recommend

How five star hotels should be, in my opinion. Everything about this, one night stay, were perfect. The welcome when you walk in, the brevity of the check-in and the, approx, 10 minutes that took me to be in my room after arriving. Room service was also great as was the night manager who checked me out at 5:15AM.

Style and design of the room and whole hotel. Staff is well trained and friendly. I used to stay in various locations of Kempinski chain but Riga is one of the best taking into consideration high level of services, well maintained property, location and facilities. Moreover it is my fifth or six time in this particular hotel and always returning with pleasure.
