Moroccan-owned, historical and professionally restored riad with super nice rooms (the duplex room in particular was amazing). Restaurant has a good dinner and breakfast (honestly, both much better than some of the highly rated places of Google Maps / internet). Generally the whole historically preserved luxury yet cool vibe was nice. Also, they were super helpful with arranging transport and day trips at short notice and good price. Best hotel we have tried in Morocco so far!

The hosts were very friendly and open. The breakfast was amazing, the room got cleaned every day. The location is also perfect at the edge of the medina. The rooftop terrace which is accessible at all times has a beautiful view over part of the medina and the Borj South, see the picture of a sunrise during our stay in January. We were with 3 guys so we booked the room for 4 to have a separate bed each, the private bathroom across the hallway was great, but simple, see picture.

The cleanliness, comfort and location make this Riad located in the Medina a great accommodation to visit FES, parking 10 minutes walk away. Everything was perfect ,the staff are the best , from the very begining till the last minute they were very welcoming, helpful ,kind .we felt like home . If you have no idea about where to go in Fes Abdo or Hajar ( locals ) will show you around with a big smile and also the location is close to everything . I highly highly recommend .

The house was beautiful; you get in through a discreet door and you don't expect to find such a magnificent patio. Food was really good and the employees are extremely nice and helpful, specially the young gentleman in charge of the reception and most of the customer attention. The riad does not have its own parking, but there is one really close, so it is also fine if you arrive in Fez by car.
