The staff were exceptional with a special thanks to Richard, Alex and Anna who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were very knowledgeable about Guanajuato and were very very ready to suggest local points of interest, restaurants and generally make our stay so enjoyable.
The hotel was very elegantly and comfortably furnished and the location was right on the main square. Once inside, the hotel was a quiet and peaceful haven from the bustling outdoors of the Guanajuato square.

The service was exceptional. Our host, Olga went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, helping us with our luggage, suggesting an excellent restaurant, getting us a taxi to the airport. She was fantastic.

Right in the center of Guanajuato. Just need to hike up a little bit. Clean room comfy bed, clean up our room every day. Hot water shower and good free WiFi. The rooftop is the best, can see the whole town, such a beautiful view.
